Round Control Damper

Medium duty style damper for use on low and medium air systems. Damper is designed to be operated by a manual quadrant lock, an electrical or pneumatic actuator to control air flow. A heavy duty side bracket is provided for securing the operating mechanism.

Standard Features

  • Frame: Galvanized steel roll formed with double bead for connection rigidity.
  • Blade: Galvanized steel smooth with “V” shape center for control shaft, see chart for specs
  • Seal: Close cell neoprene with sealant.
  • Axle: Extends 6” past damper frame, see chart for specs.
  • Bearing: Celcon bushing 4-18” RD, oil impregnated bronze bearing 20-42” RD.
  • Mounting Side Plate: 18 GA. GALV. 4-18” RD, 4GA. 20-42” RD.

  • Perimeter Frame - 2¹⁄2 x ¹/4 Flat Stock Steel
  • Horizontal - Vertical Bars - 1/2 Diameter Round on 6” Centers
  • All welded Construction
  • Minimum Size - 6”x6”

  • Factory Tolerance ± ¹⁄16”
