An economical single sleeve for pipe penetrations is made of one piece of spun aluminum construction. Pipe sleeves are then combined with PVC graduated caps to match the pipe size. Pipe or tubing is secured on to the cap with stainless steel adjustable clamps, which are provided with each order. When properly flashed the economy pipe sleeve will provide a secure waterproof installation.
